We will not process your personal data for any other purposes beyond those described above, unless imposed by law or if there is a judicial or administrative requirement that entails data processing for purposes other than those described above.

TIME LIMIT FOR STORAGE

The personal data provided will be stored and processed for the duration of the relationship for the provision of services or products, without prejudice to your possibility to exercise your data protection rights (to access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability) and to not to be subject to automated individual decisions.

The personal data of persons interested in receiving information about services or products will remain in the system indefinitely, as long as the interested party does not request their deletion.

LEGITIMACY OF PROCESSING

TRADNOLOGIES, S.L. processes your personal data in accordance with the two following legal bases: Consent of the interested party (1) and the legitimate interest (2).

1. The consent of the interested party given for the purposes described above, which will be requested:

  • Before proceeding to process your data,
  • In the client registration process, or
  • When sending communications from TRADNOLOGIES, S.L.

The requests for information that an interested party sends to us require that they voluntarily provide us with the necessary data so that we are able to attend to them or provide them with the services or products. However, the interested party may freely refuse to provide these data or subsequently revoke previously granted consent to process their data, although this refusal may make it impossible for us to attend to their request.

2. The legitimate interest of TRADNOLOGIES, S.L. is to maintain and build customer or user loyalty and better attend to their previously expressed expectations or interests, for example: improving the products or services offered, managing requests, queries or complaints, offering products similar to those contracted, providing information on current promotions and discounts, among others. All of the above is without prejudice to TRADNOLOGIES, S.L. complying with other obligations related to sending commercial communications by electronic means.

TRADNOLOGIES, S.L. understands that, by providing us with your personal data, you guarantee and are responsible for the truthfulness, timeliness and accuracy of these data, and that you accept and expressly consent to their processing for the purposes described above.

RECIPIENTS OF INTERNATIONAL ASSIGNMENTS OR TRANSFERS

In general, TRADNOLOGIES, S.L. will not give your personal data to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or unless you have expressly authorised us to do so when using our services or products.

TRADNOLOGIES, S.L. will not carry out international transfers of personal data collected through this website, with the exception of the following cases:

  • When the international transfer of data is necessary to execute the contracted or pre-contractual measures the interested party is subject to.
  • When the international transfer of data is necessary to apply the current legislation.
  • When the international transfer of data takes place with the express consent of the interested party.
  • When the international transfer of data takes place because the website is hosted on servers located outside the European Economic Area.

In any case, in the event that international data transfers may take place, TRADNOLOGIES, S.L. will verify that the country importing the data guarantees an adequate level of protection in application of the current regulations.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The data protection regulations allow you to exercise your rights before the data controller: access, rectification, opposition, deletion (“right to be forgotten”), limitation of processing, portability and to not be subject to individualised decisions. Below, we will explain these rights:

  • Right of access: This allows the interested party to know and obtain information about their personal data subject to processing.
  • Right of rectification: This allows correction of errors and modification of data that prove to be inaccurate or incomplete and the guarantee of your personal data’s accuracy.
  • Right of withdrawal: This allows you to request the deletion of your personal data when they are no longer necessary for the execution or provision of the service.
  • Right of opposition: This allows the interested party not to have their personal data processed or to have them removed, except for when there are legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defence of possible claims, in which case we will keep them blocked for the corresponding period.
  • Right to oppose the sending of advertising: Interested parties may oppose the sending of commercial communications. In that case, you may revoke your consent to receive these notices at any time.
  • Limitation of processing: In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case the data will only be kept for the exercise or defence of claims.

  • Right not to be subject to individual automated decisions (including profiling) The interested parties have the right not to be subject to a decision based on automated processes that produces legal effects or significantly affects them.
  • Possibility of withdrawing consent: The interested party has the right to withdraw given consent at any time, without this affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent given when providing us with their data.

If you wish to exercise any of the above rights, please contact us using the contact details in the section “Identity of the party responsible for processing your personal data”, including the following information: Name and surname, ID number, postal or e-mail address for contact, indicating the type of right and specifying the conditions. We may ask you for additional information in order to verify your identity.

Possibility to make a claim before the Control Authority: TRADNOLOGIES, S.L. also informs you of your right to present a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es) if you do not think the processing complies with current regulations.
